We, the members of the Edina Chorale, belong to this organization because we enjoy the challenge of singing and making music. We are formed, not as a group of individuals, but as a team of musicians. The continuing goals of this organization are:
- To provide a fulfilling musical experience for our members, patrons and audience;
- To provide education for the mastery of music through regular rehearsal and performance;
- To augment and expand our knowledge and understanding of traditional choral literature with an emphasis on renaissance, baroque, classical, romantic and 20th century music;
- To foster and develop in the community an appreciation of traditional choral music and to enhance the cultural life of the community.
- We believe that the maintenance of these goals will enable us to remain among the finest community chorales in the Minneapolis / St. Paul area.
